1. Introduction

Divine Moon Life (DML) is a wellbeing and spiritual education platform offering online content, breathwork audios, rituals, tarot readings, energy practices, naturopathy insights, astrology-based tools, and preparation for future retreats. These services are non‑medical and non‑therapeutic.

DML is operated by Inner Luna SRL, a Belgian private limited company.

Use of this website and services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (T&C) and the Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Services & Non-Medical Disclaimer

DML currently operates as a wellbeing, educational, energetic, and spiritual platform. At this stage, DML does not offer clinical or regulated therapeutic services.

As the organisation grows, DML may onboard certified professionals (e.g., psychotherapists, physiotherapists/kinesiologists, acupuncturists, chiropractors/osteopaths) who hold recognised diplomas and appropriate national registrations. When such professionals offer services, their credentials will be clearly stated in their individual profiles. Only those licensed professionals may offer therapeutic or clinical services, and solely within the limits of their professional accreditation.

DML itself, and all non-licensed team members, do not pretend to heal, diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. The core of DML remains spiritual, energetic, and integrative—not medical.

 

3. Safety Warnings

3.1 Breathwork

Breathwork may cause temporary sensations such as light‑headedness, tingling, emotional release, heat, or dizziness. If you feel discomfort:

  • pause the exercise immediately,

  • sit or lie down safely,

  • breathe normally.

If dizziness, chest discomfort, faintness, or difficulty breathing persist beyond 4 hours, consult a medical professional.

Breathwork is not recommended for people with: cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, severe psychiatric disorders, pregnancy (certain breathwork techniques may not be suitable), or any condition where altered breathing may be unsafe.

 

3.2 Rituals with Candles, Incense, Sage or Palo Santo

You are solely responsible for fire safety. Use candles, charcoal, incense, or smoke‑based rituals only:

  • in ventilated spaces,

  • on heat‑resistant surfaces,

  • away from flammable materials,

  • never unattended.

DML, Inner Luna SRL and its director decline all responsibility for accidents, injuries, burns, property damage, smoke inhalation, allergic reactions, or fires linked to ritual practices.

4. Ethical & Energetic Integrity

DML operates with respect for integrity, safety, and informed consent. We do not:

  • claim healing powers,

  • use coercive spiritual language,

  • create dependency or guru‑style dynamics,

  • promise outcomes.

Clients remain autonomous and responsible for their own interpretations, experiences, and decisions.

 

5. Future Retreats (France, Portugal, Netherlands)

Divine Moon Life operates or may operate through the following entities:

  • Inner Luna SRL (Belgium) – online platform, education, administration.

  • Radiant Luna SAS (France) – non-psychedelic retreats.

  • Sacred Luna LDA (Portugal) – legal psychedelic frameworks where permitted.

  • Inner Luna NL (Netherlands) – integration and facilitation activities.

Each operates under its own national legal system:

  • Belgium → Belgian law and courts.

  • France → French law and courts.

  • Portugal → Portuguese law and courts.

  • Netherlands → Dutch law and courts.

Users’ mandatory consumer rights in their home country remain unaffected.

6. Legality of Sacred Medicine

Divine Moon Life, Inner Luna SRL, and Radiant Luna SAS do not promote, advertise, supply, or distribute any controlled or illegal substances. Sacred Luna LDA operates only within jurisdictions where psilocybin or other sacred medicines are fully legal and regulated, and may provide such substances exclusively under those lawful frameworks.

References to sacred medicine (psilocybin, ayahuasca, etc.) are purely educational and relate only to potential future retreats in jurisdictions where such practices are fully legal and regulated.

7. Participant Screening & Data Retention

Before retreats, candidates may undergo screening for emotional and physical readiness.

  • Accepted participants: screening data retained for 5 years after last participation.

  • Rejected applicants: records deleted within 3 months; minimal data (name, email, screening decision) may be archived for up to 12 months to avoid repeated invitations.

  • Screening data is collected only with explicit consent and protected by confidentiality protocols.

 

7.1 Digital Services Refund Policy

Digital content (including astrology analyses, downloadable materials, online workshops, and streaming content) becomes non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Users are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if the digital content has not been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or opened.

This safeguard complies with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) regarding digital services and withdrawal rights.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All DML content (text, visuals, audios, rituals, branding, courses, astrology materials) on any existing medium (online, print, physical, digital, XR — VR, AR, MR) and on any future medium or technology yet to be created or discovered is the exclusive and perpetual property of Inner Luna SRL.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or adaptation — in whole or in part — without written permission is prohibited.

 

9. Privacy Policy – GDPR Compliance

Inner Luna SRL complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy law.

 

9.1 Data We Collect

  • Name, email, and contact details

  • Birth data for astrology (with consent)

  • IP address, device data, and cookies

  • Payment data (processed via Stripe/Wix)

  • Emails and form submissions

  • Retreat screening data (with explicit consent)

 

9.2 Lawful Bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Consent: newsletters, astrology data, cookies

  • Contract: service delivery, retreat booking

  • Legal obligation: accounting, invoices

  • Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, improvement

 

9.3 Sensitive Data (GDPR Art. 9)

Spiritual, emotional, or health‑related information is processed only with explicit consent and solely for participant wellbeing and safety.

 

9.4 International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU (e.g., via Google, Wix, or Stripe), it is protected under:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • Adequacy decisions

  • Equivalent safeguards

 

9.5 Cookies

We use functional, analytics, and marketing cookies (Wix, Google Analytics).
Cookie consent is obtained through a banner and may be withdrawn at any time.

 

9.6 Data Retention

  • Client accounts: 5 years

  • Emails: 3 years

  • Invoices: 7 years (legal obligation)

  • Astrology/screening data: until deletion request or retention expiry

 

9.7 Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request portability.

9.8 AI-Assisted Content Notice

Some content on Divine Moon Life may be created, edited, summarised, or transcribed with AI tools. While reviewed for accuracy, AI‑assisted content may contain errors or omissions. It is informational only and not medical, psychological, or legal advice. Inner Luna SRL is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Divine Moon Life and Inner Luna SRL do not permit, authorise, or enable the use of any personal data, client submissions, messages, documents, audio, video, or uploaded content for AI model training. All personal data processed via AI tools is handled exclusively for service delivery, under GDPR safeguards, and is never used to train external or third‑party AI systems.

 

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inner Luna SRL, Divine Moon Life, Radiant Luna, Sacred Luna, and their directors are not liable for injuries, emotional distress, property damage, or other losses resulting from:

  • use of content, breathwork, rituals, or energetic practices,

  • use of candles, incense, or fire-based rituals,

  • participation in retreats or workshops,

  • reliance on AI-assisted content.

Liability is not excluded where prohibited by EU law.

 

10.1 Children’s Data

This website and all Divine Moon Life services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is discovered, it is deleted immediately.

 

11. Technical & Organisational Security Measures

Inner Luna SRL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR. These include secure data handling practices and contracted processors operating under confidentiality.

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the entity providing the service (Belgian, French, Portuguese, or Dutch law, as applicable). Users’ mandatory consumer protection rights in their country of residence remain unaffected.

 

13. Modifications

DML may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective when published.
