Letting go as grace

I see the divine light within you.

This is a suggested ritual offered to you, so you may live it in your own rhythm and resonance.

Celestial Context

On 11 February 2026 at 10:39 CET, the Last Quarter Moon stands in Sagittarius, close to the cusp of new direction. In the Vedic sky, she moves through Mūla Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu, often linked to uprooting what is false so truth can breathe again. This is a phase of conscious clearing: not punishment, not escape, but an honest return to what is essential.

The Sun in Aquarius leans towards meaning, community, and a wider view. The Moon in Sagittarius seeks wisdom in endings. Together they invite a clean kind of release, where what falls away becomes compost for what comes next.

Energetic Meaning

This is the Moon’s clearing point. After the Full Moon’s illumination, the Last Quarter asks what you no longer wish to carry. Mūla energy goes to the root, not the surface. It helps you notice which beliefs, habits, attachments, or inner narratives quietly drain your vitality.

Freedom here is not dramatic. It is simple. It is the quiet relief of telling the truth to yourself.

Mantra: “I  trust what falls away.”

Sensory Activation

Keep your space simple. A single candle, a small bowl of salt, and a glass of clear water are enough. Let the room feel uncluttered, as if you are making space inside your own mind.

If you work with crystals, amethyst can support clarity and calm release, charoite can help integrate insight after emotional intensity, and black tourmaline can offer steadiness as you let old patterns loosen. If you do not have crystals, hold the qualities instead: clarity, integration, steadiness.

For scent, frankincense can lift the mind into stillness, cedar can anchor you back into the body, and clary sage can support intuitive release. If oils are not available, name each plant softly and imagine its fragrance settling the air.

Breath Practice

Use a simple 4–4–8 rhythm. Inhale for four, hold for four, then exhale for eight. Keep the breath smooth and kind. Let the longer exhale carry away tension, as if you are emptying the mind gently rather than forcing anything out.

If the holds feel too strong today, remove them and breathe 4 in, 8 out.

Last Quarter Moon Ritual — Roots of Release (11 February 2026, 10:39 CET) is a Divine Moon Life practice for graceful letting go. Working with Sagittarius and Mūla Nakshatra themes of truth and uprooting, this ritual uses 4–4–8 breathwork, candlelight, salt and water, optional crystals and aromatherapy, and focused journaling prompts to clear limiting beliefs and create space for the next cycle.

Ritual Guidance

Sit with your spine tall. Place the candle where you can see it, and keep the bowl of water nearby. Take a few rounds of the breath until your shoulders soften and your jaw releases.

Whisper: “I honour endings as beginnings.”

Then journal slowly, without analysis.

Which conviction or belief limits my freedom right now? What am I ready to release back to Source, with calm and dignity?

When you feel complete, let the ritual move into action. Pour the water into soil or into a plant, as a symbol of returning what is finished to the earth for transformation. If that is not possible, pour it down the sink with the intention of clearing and renewal.

Close with a few moments of stillness, then drink a few sips of fresh water to come back into the body.

Integration

For the next three days, let life be simpler than usual. Choose silence over reaction where you can. Keep food, speech, and schedule lighter. If emotions rise, return to the long exhale and let it steady you.

You have cleared sacred ground. The next New Moon will land on cleaner soil.

May you feel grounded, seen, and spiritually sovereign.
